"Zhen Li" Brand STI series shaftless infeed system is one of main auxiliary equipments of
press line which is widely applied in the newspaper printing、book printing、gravure
printing and flexographic printing presently. Zhen Li infeed system is placed between the
splicer and the press to provide stable and reliable tension to the web. Zhen Li infeed
system could provide great help in accurate register, increase the tension supply to make up
the imperfect tension supply of the first tention.
Main features of Zhen Li infeed system:
(1) Zhen Li infeed system controls the whole tension system with qualified proportioning
valve、tension detector、low friction cylinder and floating dancer roller which
guarrantee the steady tension provided during the procedure of the web supply. Thus
it has the exceptional merits of high-accuracy in detection and control, delivering
the steady and reliable performance.(refer to figure 1.2.3.)
(2) Encoder is applied in synchronous speed detection. Detection is very sensitive and
reliable. the installation is easy and convenint as there is no needs of connecting
the infeed system with press.(refer to figure 4)
(3) the advanced digital operation system of "Man-computer interface" allows operator
operate, adjust and monitor process through the touch screen easily. The screen also
could display the operationg state and the fault alarms.(refer to figure 5 )
(4) A roll side-correcting adjustable device is available as an option which could eliminate
wrinkle causeed by uneven roll sides effectively.(refer to figure 6)(the above part is

(5) When the high presicion is required in printing, the RE Deviation Correction control
System is available to choose.(the above part is additional part, need order in
advance)
